POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development Analyst is a critical partner to the Chief Development Officer, working in close alignment with the CEO, COO, CFO, and Shore Capital deal team to support the execution of Therapy Partners Group’s growth strategy through acquisitions, De Novo expansion, and business optimization initiatives. This individual will play a central role in opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, investment committee materials preparation and reporting, and execution of LOI-to-close workstreams—serving as a key operational and analytical resource in all phases of the deal lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is eager to gain hands-on exposure to the full M&A and DeNovo development process. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

  • Prepare executive-level deal summaries and investment committee materials
  • Manage the M&A and DeNovo pipeline including weekly updates, LOI-to-close tracking, and reporting on progress toward growth goals
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new acquisitions alongside the Chief Development Officer.
  • Support due diligence processes including initial seller outreach, data collection, and synthesis of operational, legal, and financial information
  • Build out and maintain various execution tools and dashboards
Market Research & Strategic Growth Planning
  • Partner with the Chief Development Officer to assess new markets through demographic and competitive analysis
  • Track industry dynamics and regional developments to uncover market gaps and support strategic growth planning
Reporting, Tracking & Communication
  • Develop and maintain trackers and dashboards for DeNovo builds, acquisitions, KPIs, and performance benchmarking
  • Assist in preparing board-level presentations and monthly reports for internal leadership and private equity partners
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across business units, helping to route development-related inquiries and ensure project alignment across departments
Relationship Management & Internal Coordination
  • Support relationship management efforts with acquisition targets and external advisors
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships across TPG’s leadership team to support deal execution and post-close success
  • Act as a thought partner to the Chief Development Officer, contributing to continuous process improvement across the development function
