We are a rapidly expanding marketing and promotional advertising firm with several new national accounts and office expansions underway. To support our growth, we’re hiring Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Associates to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.

As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you’ll contribute to the success of major marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement for well-known national brands. This role offers full-time employment, focused on professional growth and rapid advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events

• Support customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness efforts

• Engage directly with clients and customers to deliver an exceptional brand experience

• Collaborate with internal marketing and advertising teams to optimize campaign results

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and strategy meetings to sharpen skills

• Represent national brands at retail promotions, pop-up events, and community outreach

Qualifications

• Local candidates able to start immediately preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
