Provide diversified administrative and coordination support to the efficient operation of the Human Resources Department. Three years’ experience in an office setting. Must have excellent computer skills (spreadsheet and word processing); excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, written, verbal and listening. Must have an understanding of record keeping and preferred knowledge of the Confederated Tribes and tribal government processes. Must also be able to file alphabetically, excellent organizational skills, and time management. Must be reliable and dependable and a multi-tasker. Valid Oregon Driver’s License required. Must maintain strict confidentiality at all times!
Must be able to pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement, and per-employment drug/alcohol screening. Attendance and punctuality are a strict must!
