Job Description

This position is hybrid, onsite in our Chicago office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Manage internal scheduling, oversee creative asset delivery, track feedback, and communicate with contract workers and freelancers.
  • Client Management: Regular client contact, ensuring clear, proactive communication, setting expectations, and scheduling status meetings and creative presentations.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and assign internal resources for projects, monitor budgets, and track spending. Collaborate with various teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Timeline & Workflow Management: Develop project plans, editorial calendars, and timelines while ensuring projects stay on budget, on scope, and on time.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Manage quarterly and monthly reports on marketing efforts and campaign performance.
  • Administrative & Team Support: Assist leadership with scheduling, meeting preparation, file organization, and other operational needs. Help establish best practices and processes inside the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account or project management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and improve processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications.
  • Experience with Airtable (or equivalent), Monday/Asana (or equivalent), Activecampaign (or equivalent), and Mailchimp (or equivalent).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting preferred.
  • Passion for managing teams and driving results.
